Cast Celebrates The Walking Dead's 100th Episode in New Video

For a few minutes, it was Norman Reedus (and Melissa McBride who made the clown behind), Andrew Lincoln, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and all the others we can see thank you.

Even after denying that it could ever happen, Kirkman has already told us how he would crossover The Walking Dead and its sister show Fear The Walking Dead, but the creator of the zombie apocalypse has ruled out a familiar face making the leap from video games to TV.

Now about to hit their 100th episode with the Season 8 premiere of The Walking Dead, the cast created a special video posted across social media to just say "Thank You".

AMC dropped a Season 8 trailer at SCC that displayed a shocking time-jump in which Rick sported an ever bigger, much grayer beard.

The popular AMC series had its viewers begging to learn the identity of Negan's victim a year ago only to smack them with a double homicide to start its seventh season.

The Walking Dead returns to AMC for it's eighth season on October 22. "We look forward to sharing so much more with you as we count down to an unforgettable season". Season eight, we're trying to do a more fast-paced, action-packed season really focusing on momentum.

"We've got all these different factions, all these different locations - the Hilltop, the Sanctuary - and getting all these people together and continuing to expand the scale in a cool way, but really using all these pieces to their fullest". Each of them has shared their message during the on-set video and has thanked their fans for the continued love and support for the series.

Though Steven Yeun's character was killed off the show at the beginning of season seven, he recently revealed to ET that he still watches the show "to see my friends".
